Getting Help With SM Tasker: How to Submit a Support Ticket

If you need help, our dedicated customer support team is here to help. You can contact us using the “Contact Support” tab within the “Dashboard” section of the application.

  1. First, you will see an email field where you can enter the email address associated with your SM Tasker account. This will ensure that we have all of the necessary information about your account when addressing your inquiry.
  2. Next, there is a category dropdown menu for you to select the appropriate category for your issue. This will help route your inquiry to the correct department for a more efficient resolution.

  3. There is also a text field where you can provide a detailed explanation of your issue.
  4. You can also check the box to send product logs, which might help us identify the problem easier.
  5. In the event that you need to send us some screenshots so we can get a better idea regarding the issue you encountered, you can use the ‘Send Photos‘ option. Just click on the ‘Photos‘ button and add the appropriate screenshots.
  6. When you’re ready, click on the ‘Send Ticket‘ button to submit your inquiry.
  7. If for any reason you can’t use the “Contact Support” tab form within the application, you can always reach out through our online form on our website or by email.

💡 Additionally, you can also easily access the “Contact Support” tab using the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of your SM Tasker window. This will allow you to quickly reach out for help without going to the “Dashboard” section first.
