This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through SM Tasker, operated by ABC E-Commerce Services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms set out below.
7-Day Refund Window (New Subscriptions)
If you are a new subscriber and you are not satisfied with SM Tasker, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
To request a refund, contact us via the contact form within 7 days of your purchase and include your account email address. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Please note that a 5-day free trial is available before any charge is made. We strongly encourage all users to fully test the software during the trial period before committing to a paid subscription.
Outside of the 7-day window described above, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Partial months of service
- Subscription renewals (monthly or otherwise)
- Unused time remaining after cancellation
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Periods of voluntary inactivity or non-use
- Downgraded plans
Subscription Renewals
SM Tasker subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. Renewal charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged. You can cancel at any time from within your account dashboard.
We do not issue refunds for renewal charges under any circumstances. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, please contact us and we will investigate.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the cancellation link within your SM Tasker account. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be billed again, but you will retain access to the service until the end of the current paid period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days of a paid period.
Cancellation by email or phone is not accepted. You must cancel through your account.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing a SM Tasker subscription, you agree to contact us first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a fraudulent dispute or chargeback in violation of this policy may result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

SM Tasker is operated by ABC E-Commerce Services. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle’s own terms and applicable consumer protection laws may also apply to your purchase.
