Accountable answers after an onboarding discussion
LinkedIn Comment Organizer
Build a reviewable handoff from a product onboarding discussion without mistaking a reply draft, a product promise, or a repeated sentence for a resolved question.
The LinkedIn-context Comment Question Organizer works on supplied text only. It groups normalized wording and offers editable heuristics. Your team supplies the product facts, professional judgement, ownership notes, and replies; no account connection or automatic answering is involved.
Define the responsibility behind each product question
An onboarding discussion can bring product, support, and commercial questions into the same comment thread. Which role can invite members? needs a permissions answer. Does the trial include audit history? needs a checked entitlement answer. Can our existing CSV be imported? may need the actual file requirements before anyone can respond responsibly. These are not interchangeable requests for a friendly product introduction. Start the review by identifying which decisions a reader needs to make and which facts your team must establish. A useful queue preserves the difference between a supported capability, an untested assumption, and a feature someone is merely considering for later.
Our hypothetical team has launched an inventory dashboard and supplied sixteen comments from a LinkedIn launch discussion and an onboarding follow-up. The team wants support to handle practical setup questions, a product specialist to check permissions, and a commercial reviewer to confirm trial wording. The organizer does not create those assignments or know who is qualified to answer. It provides a shared record of wording and manual annotations. Write responsibility into notes, then use the team communication process you already trust for the actual handoff. A note naming a person is not proof that the person has accepted the work.
Choose a completion standard before assigning statuses. For this review, an item is unresolved until the relevant fact is checked and an appropriate response is delivered. A draft in an internal document is preparation, not completion. A reply saying We will check is an acknowledgement, not an answer to the underlying capability question. The team can still record that acknowledgement in the note so nobody repeats it unnecessarily. This approach keeps professional communication clear without treating every comment as a sales opportunity or every public response as evidence that the product requirement has been met. The desired outcome is an accurate next step for the reader.
Supply relevant text without importing account history
Collect the comments for the defined onboarding review outside this tool, then supply only the relevant text. The organizer does not load a LinkedIn post, inspect a profile, collect mentions, or read company activity. A link to a discussion is not an input source it will fetch. If a comment refers to the sample workspace, preserve that wording and note what sample it means after applying the batch. Do not insert a guessed product edition or customer identity into the original comment. The missing context is a check for the team, not a blank the software can fill from a professional profile.
For a simple list, paste one comment per line. If the comment has internal line breaks or you need source labels, use the explicit comma-delimited CSV format with lowercase comment and optional source headers. Quote multiline fields and fields containing commas. Launch discussion and Onboarding follow-up are adequate source labels here; the labels are supplied references, not verified URLs or native analytics. The source limit is 1 MiB, with at most 300 nonempty comments. Each comment allows 1000 Unicode code points and 20 explicit lines; each source label allows 80 code points on one line. Blank pasted lines are ignored rather than counted as responses.
Exclude workspace identifiers, private email addresses, commercial negotiations, and copied account credentials that do not belong in a shared editorial queue. If a public question becomes an account-specific investigation, record the safe next action rather than the private investigation itself. The tool processes the supplied text locally while normal site resources load. It does not secretly upload comments or maintain an autosaved private case database. Local processing is a product boundary, not a reason to include everything. The person preparing the batch should be able to explain why each comment and source label is needed by the reviewers who will later receive an export.
Use a sixteen-record example to check grouping
In the example batch, three records contain Which role can invite members? with capitalization or spacing variations. Two contain Does the trial include audit history? with the same limited differences. Eleven other records have distinct text about CSV columns, importing an existing catalog, changing the workspace name, correcting an invitation, selecting a default role, finding the sample dataset, trial expiry, billing contact, removing a test item, locating the setup guide, and a thank-you. That makes sixteen raw occurrences and thirteen groups: the permissions group, the trial-history group, and eleven singles. Check both totals after applying the input rather than accepting a plausible-looking list.
The duplicate key applies NFKC normalization, English-locale lowercasing, and trimmed, collapsed whitespace. Original source text, variants, and occurrences remain preserved. Punctuation stays significant. Which role can invite members without its final question mark does not share the punctuated key. Who can send an invitation? also remains separate, even if the product specialist expects to give a related answer. This is not semantic deduplication, an AI intent model, or a way to remove all repetition from a discussion. It is a reproducible wording comparison that lets reviewers avoid rereading some identical text while retaining the original evidence behind each grouped item.
Thirteen groups do not identify thirteen professionals, thirteen companies, or thirteen qualified leads. Source labels do not prove that the batches contain different people, and repeated wording can include copying errors. Nor does a group with three occurrences outrank a single question about data import that blocks a reader from evaluating the product. Use counts to describe the supplied material and estimate review effort. If the team wants to discuss commercial demand, it needs separate evidence and a defined collection method. The queue can say that a particular permissions question appeared three times; it cannot establish who asked independently or what they intend to buy.
Review heuristic kinds and overlapping topic rules
A suggested Question kind comes from a visible question mark or a fixed English question starter. It is not professional intent recognition. Need the import columns before we can test may need an answer although it reads as a statement. Could anyone make this clearer? might be a broad request that needs a follow-up before it becomes a useful product task. Read the wording and use a manual Question or Comment override when appropriate. Keep a thank-you as a comment unless there is a specific unresolved request inside it. Neither the presence of a job title nor the platform context changes the heuristic into a reliable qualification system.
Optional topic rules can make the first pass manageable. Try Permissions: role, invite, admin; Import: csv, import, columns; and Trial: trial, billing. Rules use case-insensitive literal terms with word or phrase boundaries, not regular expressions or product knowledge. You can use up to eight rules, each with a label of up to 32 code points and up to eight terms of up to 40 code points. Start with the vocabulary actually present in the supplied batch. Do not create a taxonomy of every department if most of those labels would be empty or misleading for this specific onboarding discussion.
A single match suggests that topic. Zero matches and multiple matches both produce Unsorted for human review, while overlapping matches remain visible. Can a trial admin import CSV? hits all three example topics and needs a considered handoff, not whichever rule is listed first. Assign one manual topic that identifies the coordinating work, then name the other checks in the note. A manual topic survives later rule edits, so changing a term is not a complete reclassification of prior decisions. Revisit important overrides when the responsibility model changes. The tool cannot infer that a renamed product team now owns questions previously assigned to support.

Apply a revision before recording team decisions
The text and rules in the input area are drafts until you press Organize comments. Apply the sixteen-record batch, confirm the thirteen-group result, and then annotate it. If someone edits the source list or rules, the pending draft disables exports and annotation editing. Resolve it by applying valid input or choosing Restore input to return to the applied dataset. This prevents a handoff based on an old result beside new-looking input. It also gives the team an explicit point at which to agree what the review includes. A partially typed new question should not silently change a document another person believes is ready.
Use group notes as a compact accountability record. For the permissions group, write Product specialist: check invite permission in the current role matrix; support drafts response after confirmation. For trial history, write Commercial reviewer: verify current trial entitlement; no public promise approved yet. Add a review date or an agreed due time as plain text if needed. The note field allows 1000 code points and 20 explicit lines. It has no dedicated assignee, deadline reminder, approval signature, or automatic escalation. Send the handoff through your usual team channel and confirm that the named reviewer has the information required to act.
Reapplying input preserves annotations on matching normalized groups. If annotated groups would disappear, the tool asks for confirmation. That does not mean the answer is still current: a product release can change a capability while the question wording remains identical. Preserve the old checked date and review the fact again when necessary. Conversely, a newly phrased invitation question may create a new group without inheriting the previous note. Compare its requested action before copying anything manually. Wording identity is useful for retaining work, but it is not version control for product truth or a guarantee that an earlier response fits a later reader situation.
Make Open, Planned, and Answered mean different things
Keep Open for a request without a completed next step or a checked answer. Move it to Planned when someone has agreed to a concrete action, such as testing the documented import template before drafting a reply. Use Answered after the response has actually been delivered and is adequate for the supplied question. Ignore records a deliberate decision not to pursue the item in this review. These are manual states; the organizer does not watch replies, test imports, or observe whether a reader is satisfied. If your team uses unresolved as a working term, explain whether that includes both Open and Planned in the handoff.
For the hypothetical sixteen-record batch, suppose the team marks six groups Open, four Planned, two Answered, and one Ignore. The total is thirteen grouped items, not sixteen raw comments. If the three-occurrence permissions question is still Open, those three occurrences do not become three independent assignments. If the trial-history group is Planned, its two occurrences do not become answered because a reviewer has opened the task. Record the distinction in the note: entitlement check accepted; response pending. This keeps a status summary useful during a short team review without implying a service level, response-time measurement, or successful resolution the tool has not observed.
Write a professional reply around the checked fact and the specific next action. For example, a response about importing data should identify the supported template and the safe next place to check a file, not promise that every existing CSV will work. If the answer requires a product change, distinguish current behavior from a proposed improvement. The organizer does not compose that response, and marking Planned does not authorize a roadmap promise. Once a recurring explanation is approved, a separate Content Calendar Generator plan can reserve time for an onboarding walkthrough. That preparation plan does not deliver the outstanding individual replies or change their queue statuses.
Export a handoff that matches the recipient
Use view filters to inspect the queue, then set export scope separately. Filtering to Open is not the same as exporting only Open items. Check the intended groups and choose Selected groups explicitly, or use All groups when the recipient needs the complete review. Verify the scope counts before download. In this example, selecting the three-occurrence permissions group and the two-occurrence trial-history group gives two grouped items and five raw occurrences. A product specialist may need both, while a person preparing an approved walkthrough may need only the resolved explanation. Sharing less can make responsibility clearer as well as reduce unnecessary disclosure.
CSV, TXT, and copy include the complete chosen scope. CSV has one grouped row with the full representative comment, sources, occurrences, kind, status, topic, and note. It is suitable for a reviewed handoff, not a raw-occurrence replacement. Standalone JSON saves the whole applied project, including raw comments and annotations, regardless of a small selected scope, within an 8 MiB limit. Treat that as the editable internal record. Review its contents before distributing it, because unselected discussion material is still part of a full-project save. Neither a search filter nor a hidden table row removes private material from that whole-project file.
The PDF has a different boundary: it previews the first ten groups of the chosen scope, and its JSON attachment retains all chosen groups. A selection-scoped PDF excludes unselected raw comments and their notes rather than attaching a hidden complete project. With thirteen groups in scope, three are omitted from the visible preview but remain in the attachment. Full comment and note text is preserved, not silently shortened to fit. An export that exceeds 20 pages or 20 MiB can be refused explicitly. Use the full-scope text or data alternatives when needed, and tell the recipient whether they are reviewing the preview or the complete scoped material.
Review the answer trail before the next discussion
At the next handoff, begin with exceptions rather than a celebratory completion count. Which Planned items still lack a confirmed fact? Which Answered notes rely on an older product version? Which Open statements need a clarifying question instead of an immediate answer? In the example, review the role matrix and trial entitlement first because both can change the accuracy of a professional reply. Keep the explanation brief and specific. A status total can show that the supplied queue has moved, but it cannot show that onboarding became easier or that the product is suitable for a particular company. Those outcomes require different evidence.
Save the applied project before leaving; there is no automatic private project history. Use a revision name that identifies the discussion and review date, and keep approved response text in the place your team uses for communication records. If a new batch is added, retain source labels that distinguish it from the launch discussion and inspect the grouping totals again. The organizer preserves raw duplicates; do not delete them merely to improve the apparent resolution rate. Likewise, avoid combining old and new batches into a single count of unresolved people. This tool knows supplied comments and manual annotations, not reader identity or the full history of an account.
Return to the LinkedIn-context queue whenever a bounded discussion needs another review. Its value is a clear handoff between people who can check facts and people who can respond, not autonomous customer support. When repeated supported account actions, schedules, and activity review become a separate workload, evaluate SMTasker on those needs. Keep product approvals and reply judgement with the responsible team. The organizer does not import CSV as an SMTasker automation, and a manual Answered state is not an instruction to run a comment action. Preparation, approval, delivery, and later verification remain distinct steps even when the routine becomes familiar.
Questions about LinkedIn Comments
Can I assign a LinkedIn question to a teammate here?
You can record an owner, check, and agreed deadline in the group note. These are plain-text annotations, not dedicated assignments, reminders, or notifications. Confirm the handoff with the teammate outside the tool.
Does Planned mean a reply or product capability is approved?
No. Planned is a manual state for a concrete next action. Check the product fact, obtain any necessary approval, and deliver the response separately before marking the question Answered.
Will a new question about invitations inherit an earlier answer?
Only matching normalized wording retains its annotations when input is reapplied. A paraphrase is a separate group, and even retained notes need review when product behavior or entitlements change.
