Your source files. A clearer page plan.

Prepare the pages you actually need

PDF exports are new rasterized artwork. Selectable text, links, forms, signatures and bookmarks are not preserved. Keep originals and inspect the exported pages.

Files, sequence and page settings

Up to 8 files, 20 MiB each, 60 MiB total and 40 pages. Still JPG/PNG/WebP only. Password-protected PDFs and interactive forms are not supported.

No selected page

Choose files or load the example to prepare a page sequence.

Your selected page will use the chosen output geometry.

The whole source fits on a white page. No crop is added. Small sources may enlarge without gaining detail. Complex PDF features or oversized embedded images may render incompletely; compare with the original.

Files stay in this tab. Keep your source files separately.

PDF and ZIP use included pages in the displayed order. Save preview image exports the selected page even if excluded. PDF pages embed PNG renderings; JPG quality applies only to JPG image exports. No project save, OCR or native platform upload is performed.

How the page set is prepared

Start from existing material

Open your own documents or still images locally. Original files remain unchanged while you choose the useful pages.

Local sources → page list

Make the sequence deliberate

Include, move, rotate or remove pages. Fit each whole source inside the same chosen page size and margins.

Current order + explicit selection

Deliver a visual copy

Save a new rasterized PDF or numbered images, with the source-to-output mapping kept separately in CSV.

Clean artwork + separate page plan

Decide whether a visual copy fits the job

Start with a specific handoff: a facilitator needs five reference pages in teaching order, a client needs a compact visual review, or an editor needs individual stills from a finished document. In each case, the useful result is a selected sequence rather than every source file bundled together. Write down the intended reader, the required pages and the role of the first page before importing anything into the workspace.

The toolkit renders source content into pixels and places the resulting images on new pages. It is not a vector-preserving PDF merge. Source links, bookmarks, attachments, signatures, forms and selectable text do not carry into the new PDF. A scanned sentence remains a picture of a sentence; no OCR turns it into searchable words. Choose a different document workflow when those structural features are part of the delivery requirement.

Visible PDF annotations are not copied either. A comment, stamp or handwritten note that appears in another viewer should not be assumed to appear here. If a required note belongs in the visual, prepare an appropriate flat source elsewhere and check that source before importing it. PDFs containing AcroForm or XFA forms are rejected rather than converted into an apparently complete but unreliable form-based handoff.

This distinction is particularly useful when several people use the word final differently. A final visual reference can be suitable for a workshop while being unsuitable as an editable master, an accessible document or a signed record. Keep those deliverables named separately. The toolkit assembles existing material; use the carousel maker when the actual task is composing new text and image slides instead of rearranging finished pages.

Load a complete source batch without replacing originals

Choose local PDFs and still JPG, PNG or WebP images. A batch can contain up to eight files, with a maximum of 20 MiB per file, 60 MiB in total and 40 combined pages. Each still image contributes a page. Image inputs must also stay within 25 megapixels and 8192 pixels on either side. These bounds belong to this browser tool, not to any social network or receiving document system.

Image headers are checked before decoding, and animated inputs are rejected. A small byte count does not make an enormous pixel grid acceptable, and changing a filename extension does not convert unsupported content. Check that the files really are the intended stills and document revisions. When a photograph needs a different composition, prepare it separately with the image resizer; page fitting here does not crop away unwanted material.

Every successful import replaces the workspace batch; it does not append files to the previous selection. Gather the complete set before choosing it. An invalid selection or a cancelled import retains the previous workspace, so confirm the visible filenames after the operation rather than assuming a new selection succeeded. Encrypted and password-protected PDFs are rejected. Obtain an unlocked flat copy through the normal source workflow; there is no password-bypass feature.

File processing happens locally in your browser, without an upload, account, paid API or saved online project. Original files are never overwritten. Keep those sources in your own folders because the workspace has no autosave or project-save function. Before replacing or clearing a useful batch, download the required derivatives and record its mapping. Reopening the webpage later is not a way to restore the arrangement you were reviewing today.

Treat inclusion, preview and position as separate decisions

Each page record shows a thumbnail, source filename, original page number and current workspace position. Those identifiers answer different questions. The original page tells you where the content came from; the current position tells you where it sits now. Reordering changes the second, not the first. Read both when similar pages share a heading, particularly if an older diagram looks nearly identical to its replacement at thumbnail size.

Use the include checkbox to decide whether a record belongs in the batch exports. Selecting a page for preview does not make it included. Conversely, an included page need not be the selected preview. Up and down controls change the sequence without requiring dragging, while Remove takes a record out of the workspace. Excluding a page is useful while comparing alternatives because it leaves the source record available for review and mapping.

The range field addresses current positions. Enter 1-3,5 and explicitly choose Apply range to select positions one, two, three and five. It is not an instruction to extract those original page numbers independently from every PDF. Empty, malformed and out-of-bounds ranges are rejected; repeated positions are deduplicated, and the resulting selection follows visual workspace order. Recheck a range after moving or removing records because its positions may now identify different content.

All and None provide quick starting selections, followed by individual checkbox adjustments. For orientation, each rotation action adds 90 degrees clockwise to the source orientation, including any original PDF rotation. Inspect lettering and directional arrows after rotating, not just the outer rectangle. These workspace changes do not alter the stored source file. Finish ordering before the final inclusion check so that you can read the intended exported sequence straight down the list.

Fit mixed sources onto one consistent page format

All generated pages share one target format: A4 portrait at 595.28 by 841.89 points, US Letter at 612 by 792, square at 720 by 720, portrait 4:5 at 720 by 900, or landscape 16:9 at 960 by 540. These are output geometries, not automatic platform presets. Choose according to the material and receiving workflow. One wide source does not make the other pages change orientation independently.

Set an equal margin from zero to 72 whole points; the starting value is 18. The background is white. The whole rotated source fits inside the remaining content area without cropping, so a source with a different ratio leaves extra white space. That space is the visible consequence of keeping the complete page. A larger margin makes the content smaller inside the same outer page, including its smallest labels and captions.

For a square page at 720 points with 18-point margins, the available area is 684 by 684 points. A 1200 by 800 landscape source fits at 684 by 456 points, leaving additional space vertically. It does not become a square crop or stretch into a different shape. If you need the photograph to fill a square composition, make that editorial crop before assembling the page rather than expecting the margin setting to do it.

Preview the finished uniform page, not only its source thumbnail. PDF fitting uses the native CropBox viewport as its source basis; it is not a full-bleed print-production guarantee. Existing white borders inside a source remain part of that source and can add to the new surrounding space. Small originals can be enlarged to fit, but enlargement cannot supply missing detail. Review both the overall balance and the least readable content after changing geometry.

Choose page pixels separately from image encoding

The longest-edge setting runs from 640 to 2400 pixels, starting at 1600. It controls the generated page image, including its margins, rather than promising that the source artwork itself occupies that many pixels. A square page at 1600 has a 1600 by 1600 pixel canvas. A landscape 16:9 page at the same edge is approximately 1600 by 900. Generated canvases are bounded at six megapixels.

Increasing the edge gives the rendering more pixel positions to describe fine content, but it does not sharpen a blurred scan or reconstruct lettering absent from a small image. Judge a difficult label at the intended viewing size as well as close up. If a dense table remains unreadable, a better source or a redesigned excerpt may be necessary. More pixels are a rendering choice, not a guarantee that every source becomes suitable.

PNG is the default image-export format. JPG accepts a quality setting from 20 to 95, initially 85; PNG ignores that quality control. For page graphics, compare thin rules, small text and shaded areas in the actual downloaded file. PNG stores the rendered pixels without lossy image encoding, but the overall operation still rasterizes the original page. It does not preserve source vectors, text objects, color profiles or editable layers as an archival copy.

The PDF always embeds PNG renderings at the chosen target page geometry, regardless of whether the image ZIP uses PNG or JPG. Lowering JPG quality therefore does not provide a PDF compression setting. Both outputs use the generated page artwork, but their encoding paths differ. Consult the PDF-to-images quality guide for a controlled comparison before increasing dimensions across a text-heavy batch.

Assemble a ceramic workshop reference pack

Imagine a ceramics tutor with a six-page studio PDF, two station photographs and one test-grid PNG. The four source files produce nine workspace records. The tutor wants five visual references: the session cover, the safety card, a station photograph, the test grid and the cleanup checklist. The other photograph and three unused PDF pages are not part of this particular handout. This is an ordering exercise, not a measured export benchmark.

Identify the cover as original PDF page one, the safety card as page three and cleanup as page six. Move the chosen station photograph after the safety card, place the test-grid image next, and position cleanup last among the included records. Keep the spare photograph excluded rather than assuming the recipient will know to ignore it. Check the source filename on each record so that two views of the station cannot be confused.

Choose A4 portrait with the initial 18-point margin and 1600-pixel longest edge as a trial. Rotate the station photo if its lettering is sideways, then inspect the finished preview. The landscape test grid will occupy only part of a portrait page because the complete grid is fitted rather than cropped. Read its smallest sample identifier. If it is too small, reconsider the source presentation or overall format before committing the entire handout.

Build PDF should now produce five pages in the included workspace order. The image ZIP should contain the same five page artworks with numbered names, plus the mapping CSV and README. Select the excluded spare photo and save its preview if another tutor needs that one comparison; it still stays outside the five-page pack. Reopen the actual downloads and compare the cover, middle grid and last checklist against the intended teaching sequence.

Export the artwork and the record of its assembly

Build PDF uses all included pages in workspace order and produces clean visual artwork without a watermark or tool footer. It is the assembled work product, not a report containing source documents or a structural copy of the input PDFs. Download images ZIP packages the included generated pages as numbered PNG or JPG files together with a page-list CSV and README. Keep the archive intact until you have checked its contents.

Save preview image exports the selected page even when its include checkbox is off. This makes a useful single-page review possible without changing the approved batch. Read the selected source and output name before saving, then distinguish that standalone file from the included delivery. Selecting a page is not a shortcut for building a one-page PDF: change inclusion deliberately if a one-page batch document is what the recipient actually needs.

The page-list CSV covers all remaining workspace records, including their inclusion flags, positions, source pages, rotations, output names and settings. Copy summary provides settings and the included-page mapping for a handoff note. Neither is a saved editable project, and there is no JSON project export or reimport. Use the record to explain what you made and to guide a later manual rebuild from your stored originals if the brief changes.

An output batch has an 80 MiB cap, with an explicit error if it exceeds that bound. The toolkit does not quietly substitute original pages to complete an export. Reduce the included set or choose a smaller edge if the resulting visual remains adequate, then review again. A settings change, replacement batch or reset cancels pending work; wait for the current revision before treating a download or preview as the approved result.

Review the final sequence before its next use

Open the exported PDF and inspect every page, not just the cover. Count the pages, read the smallest necessary text and confirm that orientation is sensible throughout. For a mixed-source review, the images-to-PDF page-order guide offers a client approval example. Check the ZIP independently when individual images are part of the handoff; an approved PDF does not establish that a separately downloaded archive is the same revision.

The destination selector labels work for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, X, Snapchat or Reddit. It does not apply native limits, validate uploads or provide different platform page presets. Choose a context to describe the intended use, then verify the actual receiving placement separately. The social media specs checker can support that separate preparation task without turning this page assembler into a native publishing preview.

If individual image copies need a smaller delivery budget, the bulk image compressor handles that distinct image task. Keep its derivatives separate from the page renderings approved here. Do not describe raster export as metadata redaction, document sanitization, accessibility preservation or certified compression. The useful promise is narrower and verifiable: selected content has been rendered into a reviewed visual sequence while the original files remain unchanged.

Send approved files through your normal handoff route with the mapping and a clear revision name. There is no automatic transfer into SMTasker, account connection or posting action from this toolkit. Any later supported account routine is separate from preparing the files. Instagram PDF Carousel

A furniture catalog explains a collection in print order. An Instagram carousel needs a smaller story that makes sense one image at a time. Select pages for the questions a buyer actually has: what the piece looks like, how it fits a room, and which details deserve a closer look.

TikTok Recipe Photo Post

A recipe PDF and a TikTok photo essay teach at different speeds. The document can hold background notes, tables, and complete instructions. A photo sequence needs a clear path through those materials without making an observation look like a universal rule. Start by deciding what the viewer should notice, not how many pages you can export.

YouTube Companion Handout

A long home audio tutorial asks viewers to remember equipment names, connection choices, and the checks that happen between demonstrations. A companion handout can hold those references while the video shows the work. Its purpose is not to replace the tutorial with screenshots, but to make the next practical decision easier to find.

Facebook Repair Day Images

A neighborhood repair day flyer often contains more than one invitation. It may include an arrival map, a list of suitable items, and instructions for volunteers. Turning those pages into images works best when each picture answers a real visitor question and the essential event details remain easy to find.

LinkedIn Research Briefs

A research brief can contain strong evidence and still ask readers to work too hard. A conclusion may appear before its scope, a chart may lose its denominator, or a methods page may interrupt the argument. Preparing a LinkedIn document means making those existing pages form a coherent reading sequence, not simply collecting every available sheet.

Threads Garden Design Notes

A garden design note can invite a useful conversation without becoming a full presentation. A plan, an observation, and an unresolved choice may be all the material a reader needs. The challenge is choosing excerpts that stay honest outside the original PDF while leaving room for people to discuss the design in ordinary language.

X Figures and Context

A chart shared without its observation window can tell a different story from the report that contains it. Prepare figures and context panels together, so someone encountering an update can understand what was counted, where it happened, and how narrowly the finding should be read.

Snapchat Event Cue Cards

An event briefing is written for people running the event, not necessarily for someone deciding whether to visit. Extract a short sequence of already prepared visitor cards, keeping the invitation, activity, and arrival details easy to distinguish. The result is a set of still images for a separate native sharing workflow.

Reddit Project Evidence

A finished project photograph can invite interest, but a useful build discussion needs evidence people can inspect. Select the drawing, construction detail, and measurement pages that answer a specific question. Keep their labels and qualifications intact instead of turning a long PDF into an unexplained stack of screenshots.

PDF to Images Quality

A page image can look tidy as a thumbnail while losing the very detail someone needs to read. Quality decisions start with that detail: a catalogue number, a thin map line or a faint date on a scan. Use an archive proof-sheet review to separate page geometry, pixel dimensions and image encoding, then approve the downloaded copies against a clear reading task.

Images to PDF Page Order

A client should not have to reconstruct a presentation from filenames. Put the decision in context, show the relevant artwork in a sensible order, and end with the next action. This guide follows a tea-shop packaging approval pack, using mixed images and existing PDF pages to explain how source sorting, inclusion, page rotation and uniform margins work together.

Questions about preparing PDF pages

Does the new PDF keep selectable text, links and forms?

No. It contains rendered page images rather than the original text and interactive structures. Links, bookmarks, attachments, signatures and selectable text do not carry over, and visible annotations are not copied. Form-bearing PDFs are rejected. Keep the source document when those features matter; this tool does not perform OCR.

Does choosing JPG reduce the PDF file size?

The JPG choice and quality setting apply to image exports, not PDF embedding. The PDF uses PNG page renderings independently. Longest edge, page content and page count affect the generated work, but this is not a PDF target-size compressor and no particular byte reduction is promised.

Why did a page range select different source pages?

Ranges refer to current workspace positions, not original page numbers inside each source. Reordering or removing records can change which content occupies those positions. Apply the range explicitly, then verify the inclusion checkboxes, filenames and original page numbers before exporting. Repeated range positions are deduplicated.

Can I save an excluded page as an image?

Yes. Save preview image uses the currently selected page even if it is excluded. PDF and ZIP batch exports use included pages instead. Check the selected source before saving a standalone image, and label that comparison separately so it is not mistaken for a page in the approved batch.

Are files uploaded or saved as a project?

Processing is local, original files are unchanged, and no account or upload is needed. There is no autosave or JSON project save. Download the outputs and useful CSV mapping before clearing or replacing the workspace. The CSV describes the arrangement; it does not restore an editable session.
